Thyme is a perennial herb that likes sunny places and usually grows in barren soils. They are between 15 and 40 cm long. Thyme herb is dried in sunny, airy places from June to October from 4-5 cm above the soil or by cutting the shoots and make sure that the temperature does not exceed 35°C while drying.

How to Use Thyme?
