Put the flour and the salt in a big bowl. Make a hole in the middle of the bowl and break the eggs. Add the water slowly and start kneading meanwhile. For filling; chop the parsşey very thin and mix with cottage cheese. Put a part of rolling out flour on the kitchen counter and take the dough from bowl to the counter, on flour. Keep kneading by pressing with your palms till it becomes homogenous. Try to get a hard dough like manti’s. Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll out the pieces with a roller pin up to 20 cm diameter. Put in the middle of the dough pieces on spoon of filling. Fold the dough in half moon shape. To not let them open during frying, take a fork and press to edges with it. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the dough bags till they turn to golden. Serve immediately.
