INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
200 g flour
1 egg
2 g salt
100 ml warm water
For Filling:
1 medium onion
300 g spinach
250 g low-fat ground beef
20 g butter
2 g salt
2 g pepper
For Frying:
200 ml sunflower oil
Chop the spinach you have washed into small pieces. Melt planed onion the butter. Roast on medium heat until color changes. Add the ground beef and roast for about 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper and stir it. Add the spinach you cut into small pieces. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Wait until the internal mortar is prepared. Into a container; add flour and salt and stir. Open the middle part of the flour with your fingers and add the egg and warm water, stir gradually. Knead the dough thoroughly. Put it on your kitchen counter for complete refreshing and continue the kneading process. Cover the dough piece with a damp kitchen cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then cut the dough into 6 equal pieces with a knife. Roll the doughs with a roller to 20-25 cm diameter. Fill them with spinach mortar. Close the dough piece so that it becomes D-shaped. Press the edges with your fingers and push over with a fork. Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan. Fry the pastries in hot oil until they turn golden yellow.
