Ingredients:

400 ml warm water
15 g dry yeast
5 g salt
5 g sugar
20 ml sunflower oil

500 gr minced meat
4 onions
3 green peppers
3 tomatoes
45 g tomato paste
15 g pepper paste
50 ml sunflower oil
10 g salt
15 g chili pepper
15 g pepper
400 ml water
For dressing:
2 cloves of garlic
500 g yogurt
5 g salt
Put water, yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl. When the yeast is swollen, add flour and sunflower oil and knead. Rest the dough for 1.5 hours with its top closed. Chop the onions, peppers and tomatoes. Put sunflower oil in a pan and heat. Roast the onions first by adding onions and then peppers. When the color of the onions is pink, add the minced meat to the pan and continue to roast for 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, tomato paste, pepper paste, salt, chili pepper and pepper and mix for 2-3 minutes. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll the pieces so that it is not too big. Then cook the rolled pieces in a pan. Then, on a large deep serving plate, put 1 dough 1 scoop from filling and stack the ingredients on top of each other. For the sauce: add the grated garlic and salt in the yogurt and whisk the yogurt thoroughly. Serve warm with yogurt sauce.
