INGREDIENTS
300 gr bulgur
600 ml water
300 gr of lamb liver
1 medium onion
1 large tomato
10 gr butter
10 gr tomato paste
2 gr salt
Chop the onion into small pieces for cooking. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes. Cut lamb liver into small cubes than wash and drain it. Melt butter in a deep pot. Add tomato paste, salt, lamb liver and continue roasting until the liver color up. Add bulgur, next add hot water. Cover the pot until the bulgur thoroughly swell and continue to cook.
