Chop one medium size onion to small pieces. Chop the braised meat in shape of small cubes. Melt the butter in a deep pot. Roast the meet till the colour changes. Add the onions to the pot and keep roasting the the onions change colour. Add the tomato paste and salt to the pot. Mix the ingredients in the pot for 5 minutes and add the hot water in it. After the whole mixture boiles, add the yarma to the pot. Put a pot lid on the pot and let it cook for 45 minutes till the wheat gets big and cooked enough. Serve hot.
