INGREDIENTS:
40 ml of olive oil
2 garlic bulbs
1 stick of leek
65 gr lenses
75 gr of Turkish egg noodle (Eriste)
10 grams of flour
5 gram mint
1 bouillon cube
2 gr chilli powder
2 gr salt
1 L cold water
Cook the lentils. Cut 1 leek first into 4 pieces and then cut finely. Heat olive oil in a pot and then add leeks and mix for 1 minute, and then add peeled garlic cloves, mix for a minute and add Eriste noodles. After about 2 minutes, add washed green lentils, stir them a few times and then sprinkle chilli pepper, mint and salt. Stir the ingredients in the saucepan carefully and flour over it. After briefly roasting the flour, add bouillon cube and cold water. Stir the soup a few times and then close the pot. Cook the soup for about 25-30 minutes and then switch off the stove. Your soup is now ready to serve.
