Ingredients:
200 ml warm milk
200 ml warm water
100 ml sunflower oil
15 g dry yeast
20 g salt
5 g sugar
500 g flour
For the topping:
50 ml molasses
100 ml water
120 g sesame seeds
Mix the milk, water, sugar, salt and oil in a deep bowl. After all the ingredients mixed well add the flour slowly and knead the dough until it does not stick to the hand. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Take mandarin-sized pieces from the rested dough. Then cut each pieces into two pieces and form them to a long cylinder. Connect the ends of the 2 rolls and wrap them together. Connect the ends to form a bagel. For the topping: mix molasses and water in a bowl. Put prepared bagels first to molasses, then to sesame seeds. Every side of the bagel should be covered by seeds. Place the bagels on a baking tray with baking paper and allow the bagels to ferment for 20 minutes. Bake in preheated 190 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Bon Appetite!
