Ingredients:
15 gr butter
150 gr pastirma
250 gr canned mashroom
4 medium size green pepper
5 medium size tomato
50 gr groated parmesan cheese
Slice the pastirma and canned mashrooms very thin. Take the seeds out and chop green peppers very small. Melt the butter in a pan. Roast the pastirma in it. Add peppers and cok for 1 minute. Then add mushrooms and cook 4-5 more minutes. Take the pan from stove. Cut the head of the tomatoes and carve with a knife and empty them. Place the tomatoes in an oven pot and fill with the mixture. Allocate groated cheese on tomatoes evenly. Cook for 10 minutes in oven at 180 degrees. Serve warm.
