INGREDIENTS
500 gr kadayif noodles
20 ml of grape molasses
30 gr of butter
150 gr walnut
For syrup:
800 ml hot water
1/2 piece of lemon
500 gr granulated sugar
Separate the kadayif and then put in a deep glass container. Melt 1/3 of butter in a pan. Pour the molten oil into the kadayif. Mix the rest of butter and molasses and spread thoroughly on the tray. Over; Place 1/3 of walnut on the kadayif. Put half of the kadayif on a tray. Grate the remaining walnuts or pestle in the mortar. Sprinkle the walnuts over the kadayif. Put the second layer of the remaining kadayif on the tray. Bake for about 30 minutes in a pre-heated 170 degree oven until it goes golden brown. Remove the baked kadayif by turning it on another baking tray. In that way walnut will come to the top. Boil hot water, put lemon juice and granulated sugar in a pot. Boil for 10 minutes over medium heat, after you prepare the syrup then pour over the hot kadayif. Serve after slicing.
