INGREDIENTS
150 gr tarhana (soaked with water)
1 medium onion
20 gr oily ground beef
10 gr margarine
5 gr of tomato paste
1 medium tomato
2 Italian pepper
800 ml water
200 ml cold water
For the sauce:
5 gr butter
2 gr salt
2 gr black pepper
2 gr chili peppers
Chop the onion very thin. Melt margarine. Roast the onion with margarine until its color changes. Finely chop peppers and tomato that you have peeled before. Put ground beef to the pot and mix it with other ingredients. Continue mixing by adding tomato paste to roasted ground beef. Add hot water to the pot. When the mixture boil, add the tarhana that you have soaked by mixing slowly. Continue mixing for 3 minutes to ensure that there is no flour balls. For the sauce of the soup; melt butter in a pan. Add chili pepper black pepper and salt over the melted butter. Serve the hot soup with the dressing on it.
