Ingredients:
400 gr wheat
180 gr haricot bean
55 gr chickpea
95 gr hazelnut
50 gr raisin
100 gr dried apricots
50 gr walnut
25 gr starch (thinned out with 100 ml water)
5-6 dried figs
300 gr sugar
1L hot water
For Boiling the Legumes:
1.8L hot water
For Serving:
10 gr pine kernel
10 gr pistachio
10 gr currant
Put the wheat in a deep pot, haricot beans to another pot and chickpeas to a third pot. Pour the boiling water into each pot evenly and boil the legumes. Chop the dried figs and and apricots to little cubes. Drain the chickopeas and haricot beans and add them to wheat pot. Pour the hot water on them and boil at medium fire. Add the sugar, raisin, dried apricot and fig to the pot. Make small pieces from walnuts and add them to the pot with hazelnuts. Boil for 10 more minutes. Mix the starch with some water and pour it into the pot, then mix. Cook 15 more minutes. Pou the Asure into small bowls and garnish with currant, pine kernels, pistachio. Then serve hot or cold as you prefer.
