Ingredients:
300 gr boiled green lentil
1 medium size onion
15 gr tomato paste
200 ml hot water
30 gr butter
2 gr salt
For Serving:
1 bazlama bread
300 ml yoghurt
50 ml water
For Garnishing:
2 gr paprika pepper
30 gr butter
Cut the bread into small cubes and place on a plate. Chop onion very small, melt the butter in a pan and roast the onions in butter. Add salt, tomato paste and mix. Put boiled lentils into pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then pour hot water and cook for 10-12 minutes at mediun fire. To preapare the garnish; melt butter in a small sauce pot and mix with paprika pepper. Take the garnish from stove. To use for serving; mix yoghurt with water. Cover a serving platter with bread cubes, put 2 big spoons from lentil mixture, put yoghurt to sides and pour the paprika garnish on yoghurts.
