INGREDIENTS
1 kg Anchovies
2 g salt
140 g corn flour
100 ml sunflower oil
Cut the fish laterally from both sides and remove the flakes. Wash and dry them and add salt over them, mix it well. Soak the fish in corn flour. Next; heat sunflower oil in a large pan. Place the fish like circle on the pan. Close another pan that has the same size on it, when one side is cooked take care not to spoil the form of the fish when you turning it upside down. According to desire; serve with onion, lemon slices or arugula.
