Ingredients:
500 gr green beans
1 medium size eggplant
1 medium size white zucchini
3 green peppers
1 medium size potato
1 big size onion
500 ml hot water
200 ml chopped tomato
15 gr tomato paste
40 ml sunflower oil
15 gr salt
Chop the onion very small. Slice potatoes and eggplants thin that are already peeled. Peel and cube the zucchini small. Slice the green peppers in shape of half moon that is cleaned and taken the seeds out. Wash green beans and remove the sides. Slice them skewed around 5 cm. Heat sunflower oil in a deep pot and add the onions. Cook at medium fire until they get some colour. Then; add green peppers, potatoes, tomato paste, zucchini, beans, eggplants, salt, chopped tomato and hot water. Mix all the ingredients then close a lid. Cook at medium fire for 45 minutes until the beans are cooked and half of the water is boiled out. Serve warm.
