Ingredients:
2 medium size potatoes
1 medium size carrot
1 egg
100 gr frozen beans
1 spoon of kapari blossom
200 ml mayonnaise
2 medium size cucumber pickle
15 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
To not let mayonnaise to sour, be sure potatoes and carrots are not hot. Peal the carrots and cut into half before steam for 10 minutes. Then, add potatoes and keep steaming. Boil the eggs. Chop carrots, potatoes and egg into small cubes and put in a bowl. Slice the pickles very small and kapari blossom very thin. Add both into the bowl. Add frozen beans, salt and pepper, mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients gently and serve.
