Rinse the rice thoroughly with plenty of water and drain it. Then start to melt the butter in a deep pan, add the rice to the melting butter and roast for 3-4 minutes. Then add the water and salt to the rice. When the rice soaked all the water, turn the stove off and remove the pan from the stove. For the above; Melt the butter in a pan and add the onions you cut into cubes and continue to roast until the onions are colored. Then add the ground beef and continue to roast. After the minced meat roasted, add the salt and pepper. Roast 1-2 minutes and remove the pan from the stove. Then put the rice in a serving dish and then the minced meat mixture on it. Serve hot.
