Ingredients:
140 gr flour
15 gr butter
55 gr semolina
7 eggs
800 gr sugar
600 ml cherry juice
1/2 lemon
For Buttering the Oven Pot:
15 gr butter
Separate the white and the yolk of eggs, take the egg whites in a bowl. Mix the egg whites with a mixer until you get a foamy structure. Then add ¼ of the sugar to white foam slowly and mix 5 more minutes. In another bowl, mix flour and semolina. Add flour-semolina mmixute to the foam by mixing with a wooden spoon. Add egg yolks to the mixture too. Butter the oven pot. Drizzle some flour on it, then take the extra flour by holding the pot upside down and hitting gently to the side of it. Pour the revani mixture into oven pot and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. To prepare the syrup, put cherry juice in a pot and add rest of the sugar. Add the juice of lemon and boil 5 minutes. Take the syrup to a side and let it cool. Pour the room temperature syrup on hot revani and keep the dessert in fridge. You could garnish with other fruits before serving.
