Put fava beans in hot water and wait for 1 hour. Drain the benas, chop onions and carrot, crush garlic cloves. Put all of them in a pot with salt and water. Boil the pot at medium fire until beans get softer. Chop dill and add to the pot. Use a blender or a food processor to make puree. Drain the puree and let it cool on a serving platter (in fridge for 1 hour). Garnish with rest of the olive oil. Serve with spinach.
