Ingredients:
800 ml water
4 egg
30 ml vinegar
2 gr salt
For Serving:
300 ml yoghurt
4 garlic cloves
2 gr salt
40 ml olive oil
15 gr chili pepper
15 gr paprika pepper
Boil the water in a pot. Put the yoghurt in a bowl, groat the garlics, add salt and mix all of it. Take the yoghurt mix on a flat plate. Add vinegar and salt into boiling water. Break an egg into a ladle and pour it into boiling water very slowly. Do the same thing for other eggs too and keep boiling. After the eggs are cooked, take them onto yoghurt. To serve; heat the olive oil in a pan and put peppers in it. After 2 minutes, take the pan from the stove and pour it on eggs.
