Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add the fine bulgur, egg, cumin, black pepper, salt and knead 10 minutes. Take pieces from the mixture as big as a walnut. Roll them between your palms and press a bit to shape them. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan with a wide bottom and fry the meatballs. Take them into a serving platter and serve with an optional side dish.
If you want to cook it with a more traditional way, you can also put the meatballs in a tomato sauce after they are fried. Then, cook them in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
