Ingredients:
500 gr okra
2 pieces fillet chicken breast
1 medium size onion
2 medium size tomato
15 gr tomato paste
30 gr butter
10 gr flour
3 garlic cloves
400 ml hot water
15 gr salt and black pepper
Chop onion very small. Melt butter in a pot. Put the onions into the pot and groat garlic cloves in it. Slice chicken breasts into small cubes and add into the pot. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, mix and cook 2 more minutes. Drizzle the flour into the pot and keep mixing. Pour hot water. Put okra into the pot. Chop the tomatoes very small and add on okra. Put salt and pepper and close a lid. Cook for 30 minutes at low fire. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
