INGREDIENTS
170 gr green lentil
150 gr bulgur
1/2 large onion
1 L chicken broth (prepared with 1 chicken broth tablet)
40 ml sunflower oil
10 gr pepper paste
For dressing:
200 gr yogurt
2 gr salt
5 gr mint
Chop onion into small cubes. Heat sunflower oil in a large pot. Add the onions and roast until color changes. Add pepper paste and continue roasting with the onions for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth prepared with chicken broth tablet to the pot and wait for it to boil. Add green lentil to the boiling chicken broth, which you washed and drained. Boil it for 10 minutes over medium heat. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with salt and mint. Add bulgur to the boiling lentils. Take 2 scoops from the boiling soup and add to the prepared yogurt mixture and mix quickly with a mixer. Add the dressing mixture gradually to the soup and mix it. After cooking for another 10 minutes, turn off the cooker and serve hot.
