Ingredients:
1 L milk
170 g bulgur
30 ml water
5 g flour
For the sauce:
10 g butter
2 gr cihili pepper
Wash and filter bulgur thoroughly. In a deep saucepan, cook milk and bulgur by stirring occasionally. In a bowl, whisk the flour and water thoroughly. When the bulgur is swollen, pour the flour water mixture into the saucepan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. For sauce: melt the butter in a pan and add the chili peppers and roast a little. After you take the hot soup to the serving bowls, serve with sauce on them.
