Heat the oil in a big pan and cook the chopped peppers with chopped onions. Peel the tomatoes and chop the into small cubes. Add tomato cubes, salt and peppers into pan and keep cooking. Chop parsley very thin and add it into pan also. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Pour whisked eggs into the pan and cook until it becomes how you prefer your egg. Serve immediately.
