Ingredients:
500 g cubed lamb meat
5 eggplants
2 onions
3 tomatoes
2 potatoes
2 carrots
15 g tomato paste
15 g pepper paste
20 g butter
200 ml water
30 g sumac
5 g chili pepper
10 g salt
The meat are washed thoroughly and drained. Melt butter in a deep pan. The meat is then added to the melted butter. During this time, the sumac is left in the water for 15 minutes and then the sumacs are filtered but this water is saved for later. Eggplants, potatoes, onions, carrots and tomatoes are cut into cubes. Potatoes are first added to the meat and roasted for 2-3 minutes. Then the onions are added and roasting is continued for 2-3 minutes. Then add the eggplants and carrots roast everything for 5 minutes, and then tomato paste, tomato, salt and pepper are added. After mixing 1-2 times, filtered sumac juice is added to the mixture and the dish is cooked for about 20 minutes at medium heat until meats get soften. Serve a hot meal after resting it for 5 minutes.
