Ingredients:
500 gr almond
300 ml water
170 gr sugar
Take the sugar and the water in a medium size sauce pan, bring it to a boil. Take syrup from the heat and let it cool. Soak the almonds into cold water from the night. Peal the almonds and add to a food processor. Blend until it becomes smooth. Pour the syrup to the processor slowly, while mixing frequently. Take the mixture onto the kitchen counter and knead until everything is mixed well. Take pieces as big as a walnut from the dough and shape them with your hands. Place them on a platter and let it sit in the fridge for at least a couple hours. Serve cold.
