Boil chicken broth in a pot. Peel of the chicken legs and tease out the meat. Add nudeln into boiling broth and cook for 10-12 minutes. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and dressed garlic till it becomes smooth. Put an oven paper on a tray and pour the boiled nudeln on it. Put the teased out chicken on the nudeln. Put the tray into pre-heated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degress. Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Put tomato paste, salt, pepper, mint into heated butter and cook for 5 minutes. Pour hot water into the sauce and keep cooking for 5 more minutes. Slice the chicken-nudeln. Before serve it, Pour the yoghurt anf then the sauce on it.
