Then, take spare oil the with a paper towel. After the oil is well heated, take one ladle from the dough and pour it into the pan. Cook both sides of the dough until you see little bubble on it and colour changes. Do the same thing till you finish all the dough. To prepare the inner mixture; chop the onion very small, melt the butter and roast the onions till they turn pink. Add the ground beef and keep roasting until its colour changes. After add salt, paprika, bread crumbs, well chopped parsley and mix. Keep cooking it for 5 more minutes. Oil a oven tray with the rest of the sunflower oil. Put one of the crepes that you cooked on the bottom of the oven tray. Put two spoon of inner mixture on the first crepe evenly and put another crepe on it. Keep doing the same thing until you finish the crepes. Pour water onto layers and cook for 15 minutes in the pre-heated oven in 180 degrees. While it is cooking, to use as its garnish; dress the garlic into yoghurt and mix. Cut the manti in shape of triangle after you take it from the oven. Pour the garlic yoghurt on it. Serve warm.
