INGREDIENTS
200 ml water
70 g corn flour
2 g salt
800 g dil cheese
30 g butter
Boil water, salt and butter in a saucepan. Add corn flour to the boiling water gradually and cook for 2 minutes with mixing it to avoid lumps. Turn off the stove and add cheese to the saucepan. Cover up the saucepan for 3-4 minutes to rest. Mix the kuymak with a wooden spoon and transfer it to a casserole. Over; Add rest of the butter and serve hot.
