Pour the warm water in a big bowl and add salt, baldo rice. Wait for 15 minutes. Then, drain the rice and wash twice. Boil the hot water in a pot and add saffron for 3-4 minutes till water gets saffron’s colour. Melt the butter in another pot and add the drained rice. Roast the rice at medium fire till it changes colour. When saffron water boils, pour it into rice with a drain. Mix the pot, put a lid on it and cook for 10 minutes at low fire. (Don’t open the lid for 10 minutes!). After turn off the heat, let it brew for 5 minutes without opening the lid. Serve warm.
