Ingredients:
3 big size boiled potatoes
150 gr fine bulgur (waited in 100 ml hot water)
1 medium size onion
20 ml sunflower oil
30 gr paprika paste
15 gr tomato paste
10 ml pomagranate syrup
15 gr cumin
15 gr mint
15 gr salt
Take big size boiled potatoes in a bowl and smash them with potato masher. Add sunflower oil, salt, cumin, mint and keep smashing. Chop the onion very small and add to potato. Add tomato and potato paste to the mixture and knead until onions get soft and completely mixed to other ingredients. Add fine bulgur that you put in hot water before into the bowl and knead for 10 more minutes. Fnally add pomegranate syrup and mix one last time. Take pieces as big as walnut from the mixture and press them between your palms to shape. Garnish with eisberg, green onion and serve immediately.
