To prepare the dough; mix the eggs, salt, milk, flour with a mixer till it becomes smooth. Melt the butter. Cover another pan with melted butter with an egg brush or paper towel. Take one ladle from the dough and pour into the pan. Be sure the dough covers the pan evenly. Roast the dough’s both sides till the colour changes. Chop the parsley very thin and mix with dressed kasseri. Butter the bottom of oven tray. Put the cooked dough on top of each (on tray) other with kasseri-parsley between them. Meanwhile butter all the doughs. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Let it rest for 5 minutes after you take it from the oven. Serve it sliced.
