Ingredients:
1 big bundle of chard
180 gr bulgur
615 gr yoghurt
3 cloves of garlic
15 gr salt
1200 ml hot water
Pour the hot waer in a pot and add bulgur and salt in it. Put a lid on and let it on the fire for 15 minutes till the bulgur gets bloat out. Wash and dry the chard and chop the leaves very thin. Put the yoghurt in a mixing pot, dress the garlic in it and mix with a mixer. Add the chopped chard to the bulgur, mix them and let them boil for 5 minutes. Take the bulgur-chard soup in a bowl and let it cool. Add the garlic yoghurt to the soup and mix it with a mixer before serving.
