Ingredients:
50 gr butter
50 ml olive oil
320 gr semolina
600 ml milk
300 gr sugar
200 gr unsalted dil cheese (Turkish cheese, mozarella works quite fine)
Mix the milk and sugar in a pot and boil until the sugar melts. Melt the butter in another pot and add olive oil. When the oil gets foamy, add semolina and cook it by continuously mixing until it is golden (about 20 minutes). Teased out the cheese and add the pieces on semolina. Keep cooking for 2 more minutes and pour the milk-sugar into other pan. After 2 minutes put a lid on and take the pot from the stove. Let it rest for 10 minutes in the closed pot. Before serving, garnish with walnut and cinnamon as you prefer.
