To prepare the syrup, boil the water with sugar until it melts. Tease out the kadayif noodles and mix with butter. Open dough sheet on kitchen counter and place kadayif mixture on it. Shred ground hazelnut on kadayif noodles. Fold the edge of dough sheet on kadayif and roll it tight. Do the same thing for every dough sheet. Cut the rolls to 2 cm pieces and place them on an oven tray without leaving any gap between. Bake 25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees until the pieces are golden. Add lemon juice into boiling syrup and take it from the stove to let it cool. Pour the syrup with a ladle on hot kadayif. Let it absorb the syrup for 10 minutes then serve with ice cream.
