INGREDIENTS :
50 gr bulgur
1 liter of hot water
20 gr salt
1 meat bouillon
For Dressing:
250 gr yoghurt
2 egg yolks
15 gr flour
15 gr lemon juice
1 ladle of water from boiling mixture
For Sauce:
1 sugar spoon of mint
30 gr butter
Put the hot water in a pot. Add the bulgur that is washed and boiled to the water and let it boil.
For the dressing; put yoghurt, egg yolks, lemon juice and flour in a separate bowl and whisk.
Meanwhile, add salt and meat bouillon in the pot to the boiling bulgur and mix with a spoon.
Take one ladle of water from boiling bulgur and add it to the dressing. Mix the dressing with a spoon.
Pour the dressing to the pot gradually and mix the bulgur during. Let it boil for 5 minutes at medium heat.
For sauce :
Melt butter and then add mint and mix. Pour the sauce into the boiling soup and serve hot.
