Ingredients:
800 g minced beef
200 g minced lamb meat
2 medium onions
16 g baking soda
2 g salt
To fry:
30 ml sunflower oil
Peel the onions and grate them in a deep bowl. Then add the minced beef, minced lamb meat, baking soda and salt on the onions that you strain. Knead the mixture well. Cover the mixture of meatballs with a stretch film and leave in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Then, put the baking paper on the mortar that you put on a large cutting board and roll it with a roller. When you reach 1 cm thick, cut the meatballs into small rectangles with a knife. Then put the meatballs to the sunflower oil, which you heat in a large pan. Serve the meatballs warm after frying them.
