Ingredients:
480 gr boiled chickpea (1 big can)
50 ml water
75 gr sesame paste
2 garlic cloves
40 ml olive oil
1 small lemon
7 gr cumin
7 gr sumac
7 gr salt
For Garnishing:
Parsley
5-6 chickpeas
For Sauce:
20 ml olive oil
15 gr chili pepper
Drain the chickpea and add water. Then make puree with food processor. Then drain with a strainer with very small gaps. Add sesame paste, crushed garlic, olive oil, juice of lemon, salt and mix. Take hummus to a serving platter and drizzle cumin and sumac on it.
To prepare the sauce; heat olive oil in a small sauce pot and add chili pepper. Mix and take it from stove. Pour the sauce on hummus and garnish with chickpeas and parsley.
