Ingredients:
200 gr cream
400 ml milk
140 gr + 20 gr flour
100 gr sugar
30 gr butter
For Serving:
35 gr sugar
Mix milk and cream in a pot and boil. Keep mixing with a egg mixer while it is boiling. After it starts to boil add the flour slowly and scramble. Add the additional flour and keep scrambling for 3-4 for minutes at low fire. Pour the dough in a bowl. In another pan, melt butter and cook the dough in it for 15 minutes at medium fire by disintegeating with a wooden spoon. The dough will get roasted and start to break into pieces by itself. When the pieces become crispy and golden, take dough pieces in a serving platter. Drizzle sugar on the pieces and serve immediately.
