INGREDIENTS
400 g chopped beef meat
100 gr boiled chickpeas
300 gr pre-soaked rice
100 gr butter
600 ml hot broth (prepared with 1 broth tablet)
2 gr of salt
Melt butter in a large pot. Roast beef. Add rice to the roasted meats and wash the excess water and continue to roast until the rice grains are transparent. Next; Add hot broth, salt and boiled chickpeas. Once all the ingredients have been mixed, close the lid of the pot. Continue to cook the rice over medium heat for another 15 minutes. Cover with a paper towel or a clean cloth and infuse the rice for 5 to 10 minutes. Then serve hot.
