Ingredients:
140 gr flour
200 ml grape syrup
100 gr butter
Melt the butter in a pan. Boil the grape syrup in another pot. When butter melts completely and gets bubblely, add the flour. Roast the flour for 15 minutes at medium fire until it loses its smell. Pour the boiled syrup on the flour slowly and keep mixing meanwhile. When it gets harder and cooked, turn of the heat. Take pieces from the helva as big as a walnut and shape them with a spoon. Serve warm.
