Ingredients:
250 gr sheep cheese
200 gr cream cheese
10 gr chopped fresh mint
10 gr chopped fresh dill
15 gr chopped fresh parsley
30 ml olive oil
For Serving:
10 ml olive oil
Smash the sheep cheese with a fork and add cream cheese, dill, parsley, mint, olive oil. Whisk until it gets a creamy consistency. Take it on a serving platter, pour the olive oil nad garnish with parsley leaves. Serve cold.
