Ingredients:
60 gr butter
50 gr flour
200 ml mulberry syrup
200 ml hot water
For Garnishing:
2 spoons of dressed coconut
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the flour and roast for 10 minutes at medium fire. Add hot water and the syrup and mix with a mixer at high speed. Pour the dessert into serving bowls and let them cool down for 10 minutes. Then, put them to in the fridge to get cold for 2-3 hours. Garnish the bowls with dressed coconut before serving.
