INGREDIENTS
1,4 L water
170 gr boiled green lentils
100 gr Turkish egg noodles
2 gr salt
For seasoning:
2 egg yolks,
60 gr flour
100 ml water
150 gr yogurt
For the sauce:
20 gr of butter
2 gr chili peppers
2 gr black pepper
Boil the green lentils with water in a deep pot. Add noodles on it, sprinkle salt and boil until the noodles are cooked. For seasoning; Mix egg yolks, flour and water in a bowl. Add the seasoning to the pan after strain it. Melt butter in a pan. Add chili pepper and black pepper to hot melted butter. Add the sauce to the boiling soup and serve hot.
