Ingredients:
500 gr semolina
1L milk
500 gr sugar
50 gr fine pistachios
30 gr butter
20 ml sunflower oil
Melt butter in a pot with a wide bottom. Add the semolina and roast it for 20 minutes by mixing with a wooden spoon. After the semolina becomes braunish, add milk and then sugar. Mix the pot and cook the halva at medium fire until the sugar melts and it absorbs all the milk. Put sunflower oil in a small pan and heat it. Roast the pistachios in it until it gets some colour. Add the roasted pistachios to the halva and mix. Take the pot from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes with a lid on it. Shape with a small bowl or ice-crème spoon and serve.
