Remove the outer leaves of leeks and cut he green parts. Wash the white parts that you are going to use and cut them to half. Make a notch on each of them by sticking a knife. Boil the leeks for 10 minutes then put in a cold water. Dress small onions and chop the parsley very thin. Put sunflower oil and roast the onions in it. Add pine kernel and keep roasting. Then add the rice and roast it till they starts to become transparent. Put currant, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, parsley on the rice cook 5 more minutes. Open each leek leaf on the kitchen counter, put 1 sugar spoon filling into middle of each leaf. Fold the leaves in triangle shape by their edges. Cover the bottom of a pan with leek leaves and put the filled/folded ones in the pot top of one each other. Put butter on leeks in small pieces. Pour water into the pot and cook for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
