To prepare the filling; chop the onion and parsley very thin, add ground beef and salt, then mix all of it. Put 1/3 of the flour, eggs and and salt in a bowl and knead. Add rest of the flour to the ground beef slowly and keep kneading. Then let it stay on the side for 5 minutes. Take pieces as big as an egg from the dough and cover them with a towel. Put some flour on your kitchen counter and roll out the dough pieces. Cut the rolled out dough into little squares. Put a piece from inner mixture onto each square. Put all four corners together and close them like a pack. Boil water in a very deep pot and put the manti pieces into it. Boil the manti while mixing it slowly. Drain the manti after it cooked and put it into a serving plate. Pour the yoghurt on manti. Melt the butter in a pan and add tomato paste, chili pepper, hot water and cook. Pour the hot sauce onto yoghurt. Serve hot.
Bon Appetite!
