INGREDIENTS
1 kg ground beef
10 ml of sunflower oil
1 medium onion
4 pieces of garlic
100 gr flour
3 eggs
1/2 bunch of parsley
150 gr boiled rice
2 gr salt
2 gr black pepper
200 ml sunflower oil
Heat sunflower oil in a pan, add the chopped onions to the pan. Place half of ground beef in the pan and put the other half into a deep bowl. Mix the onions with meat and roast it. Finely chop the parsley and add the other half a kilo of ground beef to the bowl. Chop the garlic cloves. Put the garlic, salt and pepper to the boiled rice. Cool the roasted meat. When the ground beef is cooled, add egg and knead well. When you have finished kneading, shape the meatballs. Heat sunflower oil in a deep pan. Pour flour into a bowl. Mix eggs in a separate bowl. Dip the meatballs into flour and then into the mixed egg.
Fry the meatballs by turning them backwards in hot oil and take the roasted meatballs on a plate with a paper towel and let them release excess fat. Serve hot.
