Ingredients:
For Dough:
280 gr flour
1/2 pack instant yeast
130 ml warm water
For Beef Mixture:
250 gr small cubed beef
1 medium siye onion
100 ml chopped tomato
2 medium size green pepper (hot)
8- 10 branch parsley
15 gr butter (at room temperature)
2 gr cumin
2 gr black pepper
2 gr salt
2 gr chili pepper
Chop the onion very small, green peppers and parsley very thin. Drain the chopped tomato. Put them in a big bowl. Add cubed beef, cumin, black pepper, salt, chili pepper, butter and mix. To prepare the dough; mix the yeast with flour and add warm water slowly. Knead it intil it becomes homogenous and not-sticky. Separate the dough into 4 even pieces and shape them with your palms on the kitchen counter. Cover the spherical dough pieces with a kitchen towel and let them rest for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Put some flour on yout counter and roll out every piece longitudinal. Put an oven paper on an oven tray and place the rolled out pieces on it. Allocate the mixture on dough evenly and strew. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees until the beef cubes get roasted ans dough colour changes. Serve hot.
